Aim: Gastrointestinal stromal tumors (GIST) are the most common mesenchymal neoplasia of gastrointestinal system. Radical surgery with negative margin is important step for treatment GIST. The primary aim this study was to evaluate risk factors recurrence in patients who underwent diagnosis Secondary reveal that affect survival. Materials and Methods: data 28 GIST our clinic between January 2013 August 2019 were analyzed retrospectively. Patients preoperative radiological images, histopathological immunohistochemical findings noted. Results: Eighteen male, ten female. Median age 64.5 (range; 50-87). Twenty-six (92.2%) open 2 (7.1%) laparoscopic surgery. Fifteen (53.6%) located stomach, 10 (35.7%) small intestine, duodenum 1 (3.6%) multifocal.
